Boston Pet Photographer – PAWS Project at Cape Ann Shelter

Last year, Molly Wogan reached out to KLP to donate to one of her auction fundraisers to help with her efforts to rescue and save dogs. As her commitment and project has continued to grow, she and her Mom have become tireless advocates running the PAWS Project which helps fund the transport of dogs and cats up from kill shelters in the South. On Wednesday June 27th, the pair left Georgia with two other volunteers (thank you Teri + Julie!) and drove twenty hours straight arriving Thursday to the Cape Ann Animal Aid in the pouring rain. I documented their arrival and the transfer of over twenty dogs and many kittens into the shelter where they all now will be tested, vaccinated and spayed/neutered to get them ready adoption. Here’s a few highlights from the wet but inspirational day. If you want to learn more about any of these animals here and/or these wonderful non profits fighting for these animals, click on any of the links above. #rescuedismyfavoritebreed <3
