It’s always an adventure on the Craft Family Portrait Sessions! I was so thrilled that this year their two dogs – Tara and Zoey – were able to join us too. Like many dogs, Tara can be a bit leash reactive which can then add a bit of stress for clients when deciding whether or not to include them. I always advise when possible to have another friend or extended family member come along for all of or even part of the shoot to act as a dog handler and alleviate some of this worry.
In addition to the perfect Fall day, we ended up with the perfect scenario having their grandparents arrive half way through the shoot to help out. This allowed us to get portraits with them as well and they then watched the pups as the four of us went off together dog-free for some more fun.
Here are a few Sneak Peeks and a couple of Throwbacks from their 2014 Session a decade ago.

And it didn’t stop there. They had a session with Baby Liam in 2013 at Endicott Park and he wanted to try to “recreate” the photo of his Dad throwing him in the air. 😉 #lastshotoftheday #craftboyshenanigans
