Two weeks ago today I had the pleasure of capturing Jayne + Sam’s intimate wedding with their families in Downtown Newburyport. They were high school sweethearts who reconnected last year (to the day!) via that social media platform we all love to hate: Facebook. We started with the bride getting ready in the most stunning navy blue dress at The Garrison Inn. Her step daughters and mother-in-law were there to help with all the finishing touches. We then headed over to the Newburyport boatyard for their First Look. I love these because no matter how long you have known the other person, seeing them all dolled up on the day that you will be officially joining your lives together and declaring that love with those you love is always special. Love this couple. The colors. The setting. And of course having Newburyport as the backdrop never disappoints. Here’s a few highlights from the day for friends and family to enjoy while their album and wall art are underway.
