Newburyport Photographer ~ LHK9 Adoption Event at Canine Cupboard

Finally had a chance to cover a Last Hope K9 Adoption Event this past weekend and at one of my favorite places too: Canine Cupboard in Portsmouth, NH. It was as cold one but we didn’t let that bother us (well, Zsa Zsa and Albert may disagree!) Here’s a few highlights of the four dogs that were in attendance looking for their furever homes. One lucky boy got a deposit so we’re keeping our fingers crossed that Santa grants him is wish to be home for the Holidays!

First up is Lamarian a Blue Pit Mix who has thankfully fully recovered from two different types of mange. Look at this guy – as sweet and handsome as he looks here. And can you tell how much he loves his foster Momma Melissa?! #lammylove

The last two pups are a bonded pair of Long Hair Chihuahua Mixes. They were surrendered after their owner passed away. First up is Albert who is nine. A bit camera shy but I think he nailed the adorableness. #10lbsoflove

Zsa Zsa is the ten year old female. She was a trooper for her shoot but, as you can see here, really just couldn’t wait to get back in the warm arms of her handler. #babyitscoldoutside 😉
