When we went out to Edmonds Beach earlier this week to location scout, I immediately loved the whole waterfront area and knew I wanted to get a portrait of the family at the very end of the rocky walkway at sunset. I just needed Mother Nature to cooperate. Thankfully she obliged and my vision for a stunning photo with the ferry crossing Puget Sound and the family of four silhouetted in the distance was realized. Here’s that image and some more highlights from our annual family portrait session with the West Coast Crafts including the newest addition to the family – sweet lil five month old Lola the Dogo Argentino. The setting and evening was so perfect I stayed after their session and captured some images during the blue hour and included a few of those here too.
