Boston Dog Photographer ~ Raven from Sweet Paws Rescue

Wrapping up the busiest year to date at KLP and well into planning for an even more adventurous and action packed 2019. As the studio now shifts into NE winter mode – more Commercial Shoots, Head Shots and studio work – I also get time to do some of the work I love most of all: Dog Rescue. This past week I had a very special velvet hippo in the studio for her Adoption Portraits at Sweet Paws Rescue. Always a huge sucker for an adorable pittie, I was thrilled to be able to capture some photographs that show her vibrant and sweet personality. She’s a handful for sure and needs an experienced adopter but she’ll reward that special person with a lifetime of kisses, snuggles and endless devotion. Here’s a few highlights and stay tuned to for more work with SPR and also getting back to my dog rescue roots with as many Last Hope K9 Rescue events that I can fit in KLP’s upcoming schedule too! NOTE: As always, KLP invites High School students to get involved and volunteer with our studio or with the rescues themselves. Volunteer work looks GREAT on those college apps so if you know anyone interested, have them call the studio directly – 617.875.7339 – or reach out to a local rescue or shelter. #rescuedismyfavoritebreed <3
