You never know what Mother Nature will have in store in New England for a January Wedding. In the days leading up to this intimate ceremony at Eastern Point Yacht Club in Gloucester, MA, the forecast was for excessive rain with extremely high winds and roadways were expected to flood and, in some areas, become impassable.

Factoring this all in, we gave ourselves two hours for a drive that is less than thirty minutes and at one point were unsure if we could get through the last high water mark spot just 1.5 miles away from the venue. But, thankfully the tides were just turning and we made it with plenty of time to spare. 

Here are a few highlights from what turned out to be a perfect day with a mix of wild wind and blue skies with the most dramatic of sunsets as the rain again poured down. Congratulations Mary + Kevin! It was an honor to capture and tell the story of your day.
