POV: You tell your girlfriend you are flying home to Chicago to spend Christmas with your parents. But, instead of taking an Uber from your Southie apt to Logan, you head to a hotel for the night with your parents who have flown in for the pending big surprise engagement.

Both families were in on this one and were all in Newburyport to meet up with the newly engaged couple after their romantic lunch on top of the Newburyport Lighthouse. This was all followed by a surprise Engagement Party in January too.
