Premature babies often arrive with stories of resilience, and while every journey is unique, there is an unmistakable joy when families can finally settle into life together at home. After spending weeks in the Tufts Center NICU taking the time to grow stronger, sweet Baby Charlotte is finally where she belongs – at their new home in the arms of her loving Mom + Dad. Also by her side is her adorable gentle giant of a big brother – Teddy the Bernese Mountain Dog – who was the best boy the entire session too.

In Home Newborn Sessions are my favorite because this is the place where this new chapter in their lives is unfolding. My lifestyle storytelling approach is about capturing and preserving these new moments as they happen – from the fingers wrapped around Dad’s hand to the snuggly moments with Mom after a feeding. These sessions are booked for up to three hours (but often go over like this one did) so it’s never rushed and flows at a relaxed pace for all. Here are a few sneak peeks. 🙂
