This photo shoot was a long time coming. Last Fall we booked Emily’s Senior Portrait Session. A few days later Mom called the studio requesting we reschedule and do the session when Alyson, also a Senior but in her last year of college, was home for the Winter Holidays. This shoot then never happened with schedules and weather so fast forward to this summer when, believe it or not, our first Summer Session was again rescheduled due to an emergency. Finally a couple of weeks ago the stars aligned and we met once again out at the ever stunning Sandy Point on Plum Island. The girls had now decided to surprise Dad with a special gift from their shoot (one of our new Fine Art Portrait Blocks!) for his 60th birthday this September. Of course when I heard this I had to convince Mom to jump in a few portraits too. This is the result. I think Dad is going to be over the moon. I know I am.
