Newburyport Photographer ~ Winter Family Photo Sessions

Winter Photo Shoots in New England are some of my favorites. It’s often overlooked for those popular Summer + Fall sessions but the crisp air and the neutral palette of the bare and gray forest as a backdrop with the late afternoon sunset make for stunning family + dog portraits. For this recent December Session we lucked out not only with a temperate day but some snow still around from an earlier storm out at the always picturesque Maudslay State Park in Newburyport. Shout out to their sweet Senior girl – Trixie the Boston Terrier (mix?!) rescue – who rallied and hung in there for the 1.5 hour walk around the park. Here’s a few highlights and a peek at the beautiful Wall Art in the works for their home too!
